I had a smile makeover done by Alisdair, I never ever thought it would turn out to be so good, considering how bad my teeth looked. I wish I hadn't waited so long! Also there was no long haul treatment process, three quick visits in total, the first one being a consultation with Leigh, who addressed my concerns regarding my smile. Can't stress enough, they know exactly what they're doing at Dentistry @ No 3.

From initial meeting to discuss different treatment options I was made to feel at ease and welcomed by friendly and professional staff. Once my decision was made and in consultation with Ali who explained fully all the steps involved. I have now started my treatment plan. My journey from having teeth removed and a temporary plate fitted has all been pain free with excellent aftercare. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, with a calm and reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease. She explained everything clearly and provided excellent care throughout. Laura is a real credit to the practice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Five stars!

I am very pleased with the implant bridge and veneer that were carefully custom designed for me after losing/breaking my front teeth following a facial injury. Specialist, Ali Colquhoun explained everything very clearly and the work was completed within a good timeframe. After having my complimentary consultation with Leigh, Smile Advisor (who is amazing and very knowledgeable) I booked in to see Dr Lee McMenamin with the hope of having a full set of dentures made. They totally understood my situation (post cancer I had to have all my teeth removed, to enable bone treatment). Lee talked me through every stage and answered my many questions. The whole process was calm and relaxed. I could write pages praising these amazing people and the care they took of me at every stage. The dentures are amazing, the fit is perfect. I look like me again and I can smile for the 1st time in over a year, as well as eat properly again. My confidence has returned. Lee is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a calming voice. Leigh was a fantastic support all the way through. I highly recommend Dentistry @ #3. They've changed me life and can't thank them enough.

I’ve been ok with dentists and needles but there is something about getting work done that I get really anxious about. I had a filling on the NHS which chipped after 2 weeks. I saw Fraser for an appointment on the Monday who took the time to talk me through all my options and show me what was going on. 3 days later and I’m being seen (after I finished work for the day) by the excellent Natalie for a clean and to have it repaired (compared to the 2 months from identifying I needed the filling to having it done on the NHS). I was very nervous about the repair but she has a lovely calm demeanour which puts you at ease. She took her time, and it never felt like she was stressed or rushed, and she was happy to answer my questions after about taking care of her handiwork and how long the repair will last. She took her time with the anaesthetic and I felt far more numb (and so I was confident I was numb) than on the NHS. Even her assistant checked in if I was ok. The drill was also so much quieter than what I’d been used to on the NHS, and I didn’t realise how much that sound had put me on edge.I love the NHS so wasn’t sure about going private, but the whole experience felt so different. I usually come away from a filling feeling tense and ashamed. I realised I’d started to relax before Natalie had finished her work, and I left feeling that next time I need work done I don’t need to spend the afternoon worrying about it.

Today I got my implants fitted to say it was a journey is an understatement (extractions, bone and gum grafts). I was petrified of the dentist…I would shake to the point it felt like I was having a fit in the chair and I would sob!! Today there was no sobs or shaking and that was down to Ali. Him and the team have been so kind and patient with me, they have never made me feel judged or stupid. Have reassured me all the way! I would honestly never have gotten this far without them. And I am truly so grateful I can now smile with confidence and unfortunately for them they are stuck with me because I can honestly say I will never be able to go to any other dentist!!10/10 and all the stars….thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️

Dentistry @No 3,are amazing from the first minute I walked in the door it was a completely different experience, I met Leigh and she was so down to earth it made me feel totally at ease, then even before I met the amazing Ali there were more lovely receptionists ,nurses and hygienists..Ali made my whole experience totally pain free,I'd lost my faith in other dentists that's why I was so scared. I've never liked my teeth but now I can smile again, I would 100 percent recommend Dentistry @No 3 to anyone and have been telling everyone about them..

I am delighted with the results of my new full upper arch implants done by Ali. From start to finish, the care was exceptional and genuinely pain free. The procedure was done carefully, at a pace I was comfortable with and offering reassurance throughout the procedure. Leigh waa always on hand to contact in between appointments before and after the surgery to offer reassurance or respond to my questions. My new teeth feel natural and look amazing. The Dentist's and staff at this practice are very helpful they explaine everything and if you need then to stop whatever they are doing when you need them to they donsonwithout hesitation , due to other dental practices in the past I was very nervous about seeing a dentist but they put me at ease

I recently visited my dentist Rebecca, and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The team were welcoming and friendly which immediately put me at ease.Rebecca took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure i understood the treatment before she went ahead.I am delighted with the results, Rebecca has completely transformed my smile by fitting four porcelain veneers to my upper four front teeth. I recently had an extraction and dental implant. The treatment I've had could not have been better. The entire experience has been outstanding—from my first consultation with Leigh through to my final fitting with Ali.I was quite apprehensive about having the work done initially, but Ali immediately put me completely at ease. At every appointment he took the time to explain each step of the procedures clearly and always made sure I was completely comfortable before proceeding.At times during my treatment, Ali truly went above and beyond. I can’t thank Dentistry @ No.3 and Dr. Eunho Kim enough.My mum visited here after it was recommended to her, following a really awful experience at her previous dentist. She was nervous about going private at first, but once she had her appointment she couldn’t stop raving about it.she was reassured constantly by her dentist, always being asked if she was happy and nothing was too much.she was told she could come back at any point if something wasn’t right.Now, she’s over the moon with the results, she feels like her self again and we feel like we have our mum back.she smiles with so much confidence after being left in such a terrible state from the last place.would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

I’ve had a very positive experience here. The staff are always friendly and communicative, and they take the time to explain the steps of every procedure so you always know what is happening. Dr. Fraser is very professional, and I’m really glad to have him as my dentist because I can just relax and let him do his work.I’ve had more than ten visits already and have left every single time with no pain at all. My adventure with Ali and the team is ongoing. Appointment today for extraction EFFORTLESS realy at ease. working to my implants being fitted. Really pleased that I decided to get all my dental work done with Dentistry@No3 FANTASTIC.As I said up above. the service is second to none, I have been getting for implants and the care and attention is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for Ali and the team. As i go on my journey for implantsi feel totally at ease, Dentistry@No3 FANTASTIC.Well im further on with my treatment now i have just had the screw implants put in . and my gum smoothed. i have to say there was no pain just a little aching.the care and attention that Ali and the girls give is second to none. kinda wish i had gone there sooner, but all is good and progressing nicely.The end is now in sight and im looking forward to seeing my implants in i cant wait.AGAIN many thanks to ALI and ALL the team you are all so professional and caring.Further on with my adventure and it all going well. Had another fitting for my denture and implant. And xray as well, All I can add is its all going great Ali is his usual self keeping me informed about everything he is doing. I am Very happy with Ali and all the staff first class professionals.Well today is the big day, I get my implants fitted. We hat a trial 2 weeks ago and everything was looking good.Ali asked me my opinion with the colour of the denture and matched me with a few to let me see. Went with his judgement and expertise, WELL the colour match was awsum when I got them to try on.they looked so natural, white but no false.Ali made a couple of changes to the implants, (his executive decision) as he said Hahaha, they were for the better 😉.The work Ali and the team have done was awsum. I was SO nervous to get my few bottom teeth out, that's why I waited so long. But Ali and the team assured me all would be good, and they were not wrong.I have my top and bottom teeth done and I'm so so happy with the results. I can't thank all the team/staff enough they are all a credit to each other.The timeliness from the first day I met Lee for my consultation ho was brilliant made me feel at ease, until my final day with Ali was roughly 8/9 months. it went by quickly and defenetly no pain, lots of care and attention.To Ali the Staff and the Team many many thanksThis concludes my journey I hope it helps.Best wishes to you all.Stanley. After an initial consultation with Rebecca, who listened to my concerns and gave really positive and informative advice - I've had beautiful composite bonding to restore my confidence, and am still going through the 'dental implant' process with Ali. I feel listened to, and valued as a person, not just as a patient. And yes, it really is 'pain free'!

I cannot recommend this practice enough, from my first appointment with Leigh, the receptionists, nurses & of course Ali, each & every one of them made a very nervous, anxious patient so at ease & full of confidence. A treatment plan was then arranged on consultation with Ali and I just completed getting a implant retained denture and an upper denture. This time last year I started getting my teeth worked on by Dr.Lee and to this day I am super pleased with the outcome! He reworked my smile into something I could be confident and proud of! Especially after many failed NHS dental appointments. That gave me an uncomfortable feeling towards dentistry as a whole. ( I respect the NHS and all they do btw)So it’s definitely an investment. I have had massive problems with my teeth for many years. Recurrent infections, including progression into a sinus cavity, had numerous teeth out, constant anxiety about my teeth breaking/crumbling & a LOT of trauma from some really awful dental experiences.Anyway from the first meeting with Leigh, to my initial appointment with Ali a plan was made. I can honestly say Ali has cured my fear of dentists, he has such a positive & calming manner. I had to have sedation previously at the dentist however with Ali i’ve had a tooth extraction, bone grafting, fillings, crowns and dental implants & it’s been absolutely no problem at all. He really understood that I liked to be talked through a treatment, (in a lot of very graphic detail at times) & was very patient with this.I’m nearly at the end of the journey (for now) & have so much more confidence, I can eat properly, smile properly & have no more pain.Thanks so much to Ali & the team at Dentistry No3, I would recommend them to anyone, particularly if you are nervous or need a lot of work done. I’ve just joined Dentistry @ No 3. I’ve left NHS treatment as I really wasn’t feeling like I was being listened to. You don’t have to worry about this at No.3 the patient onboarding was great. I met with Leigh who talked to me about my concerns what I want to get done and what, if anything, might make me nervous about visiting the dentist. She was really welcoming and talked through potential options gave me an idea of costs for some treatments. Definitely didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and out the door which has been my experience previously with other NHS practices. Leigh was able to secure me an appointment the same day for my New patient exam and I got to met Lee. Lee was great. He’s put together a dental treatment plan and he’s made me feel a lot better about the plans going forward, he was open and transparent about what we need to do and he took the time to talk to me about options.I was nervous about going private but now I’m glad I did.Thanks to not only Leigh and Lee but all the other staff I met also.

I remember as a wee boy how scared I was of going to the dentist. This was the 1950s and he worked the drill with a foot treadle. Horrible. I remember how scared I was every time Mum took me.So when I grew up I never went to a dentist other than a real emergency in the 1980s when I had several teeth taken out, lots of blood, another really horrible day.So here I was, 81, and still scared but teeth fell out and a neighbour told me about Dentistry at No 3. I went.Amazing! They made me feel so cared for, totally no pressure, just caring people.. and with a sense of humour. I went back and had a denture made by 3d printing. So easy. No stress. Then today I went back, voluntarily, for two fillings. Amazing. They were right when they said no pain. Just good efficient care with the patient always in control.I am astonished.I would be happy to go back.Don't go anywhere else until you have tried No 3.
