Lee graduated from University of Aberdeen with an Honours Degree in Genetics in 2012.  He worked in cancer research and blood disorder research but realised he wanted a more person-focused career.  

He graduated from the School of Dentistry at Queen’s University Belfast in 2017.  His number one principle is to provide high quality dental treatment in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  

For every patient, he strives to make their experience at the dentist stress-free and one of high satisfaction. One of his favourite parts of being a dentist is being able to make beautiful smiles.  This has led to an interest in cosmetic dentistry and ingraining good oral hygiene habits for his patients. As he continually develops his skills, he has undertaken numerous courses including composite bonding and on areas out with the mouth in skin and lip rejuvenation through Botox and Dermal Filler treatments.

Lifelong learning is extremely important to him and he is aiming to undertake a diploma in Implant Dentistry and gain accreditation from the Royal College of Surgeons.

Outside of work – Having been a fully qualified swimming teacher for 10 years, he has gained great experience in working with anxious swimmers of all ages and he applies these techniques to his dental practice.  He loves all things aquatic and you can find him swimming and surfing on the west coast of Ireland when he gets a chance.  He also enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with his family.
