Complaints Procedure

Our aim is to ensure that all our patients are very happy with our services. However, if for any reason our patients are not happy with their experience or if they are in any way dissatisfied with the service we have provided to them, they can raise a concern or make a complaint at any time.

We welcome our patients to contact us in one of different ways available to them, depending on the matter. We would ask that in the first instance, they would contact the Principal Dentist, in writing, at our practice address. Subsequently, the patient will be contacted as soon as possible, and a private meeting arranged to try to resolve the issue amicably.

If after fully exploring the problem the patient feels that a resolution of their complaint has not been achieved, they should contact the Dental Complaints Service www.gdc-uk.org private patients (Tel: 08456 120540) or Primary care at NHS Fife (01592 226449) for NHS patients.
